So here we are, halfway through the weekend. What have you done this weekend?
Well for me, my 2 year-old daughter got a first haircut at a salon (I had trimmed it myself once before). I'll have to get my new camera hooked up to post a picture. Anyway, she did really well and it totally adorable! I am reminded that sometimes in life we all need to step back, away from all the hub-bub surrounding us to make time with family and friends that truly matter.
Juggling all my work, businesses and mommy life makes me feel extra busy and like I don't stop enough to really take in what all is around me. Today, I took my darling beauty to the pool and then later we went into daddy's office (the ultrasound place) to get a peek at baby brother. He was not all that cooperative but he did show us his face a bit and nanny and pop-pop were there to see him.
Is your life running crazy and out of control or do stop and "smell the roses" a bit from time to time. I must admit. I actually did smell some roses today near the entrance to the pool.
Now, it is time for me to spend some time with Rob's family... we're having some yummy grilled chicken, potatoes, and fresh sweet corn (on the cob, of course). Another chance to spend some quality time with those I love.
I can't wait for this business to be rocking and rolling so that I can have time to do more of these things.

Spinning or Sprinkling? Taking a ride on the Internet Marketing Merry-Go-Round
I am reminded of Sunday when I spent a half hour with my daughter running around in circles, laughing crazily and playing with the "wawer ball". It is a huge beach ball that I had spent nearly an hour blowing up with my own hot air last month. Fortunately it wasn't too flat and didn't need too much re-pressurization. Anyway, you attach the hose to it and it becomes a sprinkler. Well, water is fun when you are 2 so we had fun together. I can't remember the last time I had played in a sprinkler before this ball.
I digress... the memory makes me smile and that's what I am here working on doing. I want to create more moments when I can spend uninterrupted time with my children and make memories that they can look back on and smile.
So what are you doing in life right now. Are you spinning out of control and wishing you were doing something different or in a different way? I was feeling that way too. There seem to be limitless opportunities to exploit (excuse my strong word here) things on the internet. Whether it is CPC, affiliate marketing, SEO, network marketing... you name it. Basically I find it hard to digest all the information and come up with sane conclusions.
That's why I didn't give in to every "free" offer or sign up on everyone's list. I am just too overwhelmed. "Stop! I want to get off this Merry-Go-Round."
I have found a top-tier company that works with you and wants you to succeed. They are set on creating 100 Millionaires in the next 3 years. I find myself asking, "Can I really be one of them?" "Is this for real?" I took a chance and decided it was. Click on my website below for more information. I promise you don't have to be on an endless mailing list (you can opt out at any time)

Life as a Busy Mom, Entrepreneur, and Internet Marketing
So, what have I been up to lately? Well, life has been challenging juggling all the balls at once. I guess that's what a mom who is a professional has to do.
My daughter (the 2 yr old Elmo fan) has been ill recently necessitating several visits to the doctor about her "boo, boo." What a doll! She was so good for the doctor. Then my husband has been working nearly FT at his PT job and trying to move our ultrasound business forward (also a FT pursuit) - check out our website at http://www.proviewultrasound.com (it's a pretty awesome business doing 3d/4d ultrasounds for pregnant women).
Add to that the stress of working my FT job and being pregnant myself. Whew. The days just go by in a blur. This leaves precious little time to devote to internet marketing.
I'm getting excited though learning about all the options and opportunities for marketing. I am also learning about the product lines I sell and the ways I can network with others! What a fascinating life this is becoming. I only wish I had more time to learn everything. So many avenues to take. I'll be posting more about what I am doing in the weeks to come.
There are all kinds of internet marketing out there for people of every kind. Affiliate marketing, network marketing, MLM, CPA, and the list goes on. If you are interesting in making money at home, I would suggest doing your homework carefully!
I honestly think I have found a great opportunity. Just click on my profile picture and it will take you to my website for more information. You owe it to yourself to find a reputable company with a great product and the support and training behind it so that you can succeed. That's what I found.

On the forefront of technology
I feel like I am techno-neophyte. I mean I've been using computers daily for many years but all this social networking stuff and website stuff is so foreign to me. It's like learning a different language!
Wow, I find the time flies quickly and I am only able to process small bites (or is it bytes ;) of new internet information daily. I've been on facebook and twitter now. They are fun to do but oh so addicting. I could literally spend hours on these two resources and not really do any "business marketing".
Well, I am still happy to be here and happy to move forward in my marketing business. I am learning a lot of things that I hope to post here on a regular basis.
If you like the idea of working for yourself and learning to change yourself and make money work for you, I am reading 2 books right now that are super: "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki and "Twelve Pillars" by Jim Rohn and Chris Widener. Both books are easy to read and will start you on your way to becoming the person you are meant to be!

Thanks and have a great day!

Start-Up Post
So I am no internet whiz or techie exactly, but now I am here starting my first blog post ever.
Who am I and what is my purpose? I am first and foremost a child of God saved by His grace and I am trying to come to grips with the woman he has made me. I am a mom and wife. My daughter, Emma, is 2 yr old and will soon be joined (in October) by a brother. My husband, Rob, has by married to me for 11 years, for better and worse!
I work as a Clinical Informatics Specialist (fancy term for a nurse with computer and educational skills) for the federal government. What I want to become? A SAHM, but being the bread-winner in my family makes that task difficult. I've discovered the value of internet marketing that so many thousands of people have as well. The ability to make money using the computer and being able to stay at home.
This has me excited! I am looking forward to the journey of developing my business, internet, and marketing skills to accomplish my dreams. Don't get me wrong, I love nursing and taking care of people and working independently in my office to provide excellent customer service, but I think the greatest thing in the world that I can accomplish is to raise my kids with love, caring, and the value of my presence... so that is my goal and my journey. Work at home- within the next year and be able to stay at home for as long as I want to!
